These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by 247 Repairs Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

We provide a range of property services including but not limited to:

• Building works

• Plumbing and gas work

• Carpentry

• Home renovations

• General handyman services

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw services at any time without notice.

2. Bookings and Estimates

• All quotes or estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• A written confirmation or deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Start dates are subject to availability and may change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supplier delays).

3. Payments

• Payments must be made as agreed—either upfront, upon completion, or in instalments for larger projects.

• Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel a service with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

• It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary planning permissions or approvals (unless agreed otherwise).

• Please inform us of any hazards, special requirements, or health and safety concerns prior to our work beginning.

6. Workmanship Guarantee

• We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.

• This guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised alterations.

• Materials and products supplied by third parties may be subject to their own manufacturer warranties.

7. Liability

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from our services.

• Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant service.

• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Access and Delays

• You agree to provide timely access to the site/property so we can carry out the work efficiently.

• We are not responsible for delays due to your failure to provide access or necessary information.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, material shortages).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
